At The Foomer, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
